Earl Ciccel is a seasoned entertainment consultant and concert promoter with over 45 years of experience in the industry. He is the president of Full Armor Media & Entertainment, LLC, a company he co-founded with his late wife, Denise Ciccel. Their firm specializes in various aspects of entertainment consulting, including talent purchasing, venue management, production services (sound, lighting, staging, and video), special events, and project management.Throughout his career, Ciccel has managed and operated several notable venues across the United States, such as the Celebrity Theatre in Phoenix, AZ, and Anaheim, CA; Chene Park Riverfront Amphitheatre in Detroit, MI; The Forum in Inglewood, CA; and the Oasis Dinner Theatre inside the Hollywood Palladium. His expertise encompasses directing, programming, marketing, and overseeing the operational services of these venues, ensuring top-tier entertainment experiences.In addition to venue management, Ciccel has a rich history as a tour promoter, collaborating with a diverse array of artists ranging from Wayne Newton to Diana Ross to The Chippendale dancers. His talent negotiations have included performances by renowned artists such as Beyoncé, Pharrell, Madonna, Patti LaBelle, Gladys Knight, and many others.Ciccel's commitment to the entertainment industry is deeply rooted in his lineage; he is a descendant of Noble Sissle, the legendary songwriter and performer known for his collaboration with Eubie Blake.
