Subscription Terms & Conditions

- For more information on special wheelchair accommodations, please call the Subscription Department at 212.496.0600.

- Subscribers are not guaranteed the same seats for every performance.

- Orders will be acknowledged by mail approximately 4-6 weeks after receipt. If you are paying in installments, you will receive your acknowledgement at the time the first payment is charged.

- Checks and charges are deposited upon receipt. This does not guarantee series or seating selection.

- If we are unable to fill your order, we will contact you.

- No refunds can be made once tickets have been mailed.

- Payments of $10 or less will be considered donations and will be returned only upon request.

- Postage and handling is non-refundable.

- Season tickets will be mailed in August.

- All casts, programs, and prices are subject to change.

- Ticket exchanges are subject to availability. If you would like to exchange tickets and an equivalent seat is not available in the same seating section, you can exchange into a higher priced section and pay the difference, or a lower priced section where the difference in price is retained by New York City Opera as a donation.

- Please keep a record of the dates of your subscription, we cannot be responsible for tickets misdirected by the Postal Service. You must notify the New York City Opera Subscription Department prior to your first performance if you have not received or have misplaced your tickets. We regret that we can not replace tickets or issue refunds for performances you miss.

- Gift and Thrift Shop discounts apply to purchases of $10 or more.
