If I am renewing my subscription, will I be able to get comparable seats to my former subscriptions?
We will do our best to get you comparable seats for your selected performances. All venues will have similar pricing sections. When ordering your subscription, you will be given the same price section for each venue. Subscribers are given the best seats in the house--the earlier you renew your subscription, the better seats you will receive.

When will I receive my tickets?
Orders will be acknowledged by mail 4-6 weeks after receipt. If you are paying in installments, you will receive your acknowledgement at the time of the first payment. Checks and charges are deposited upon receipt. This does not guarantee series or seating selection. Tickets and merchandise will arrive by mail in late September, and thereafter throughout the season.

Will I have the option to purchase subscription seats next to a friend who is also purchasing a subscription for each venue?
Please contact Ticket Services at 212.870.5600 to arrange seating with other subscribers.

Will I be able to exchange tickets or purchase additional single tickets for my subscription performances?

  • Subscribers can start to exchange during the Subscriber Priority Period, and thereafter throughout the season. Exchanges are subject to availability and subscribers will be responsible for any difference in ticket price. More information will be included with your subscription tickets.

  • Subscribers can purchase additional tickets during the Subscriber Priority Period, and thereafter throughout the season. More information will be included with your subscription tickets.

When will single tickets go on sale?
