Proceeds from all sales help New York City Opera provide our audience with imaginative musical theater of the highest artistic standard. We are committed to providing quality products and service to our customers.
Forms of Payment
You must use a credit card to place an order online. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. If you would like to use a check you must mail in your order to the contact information below.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders placed online are shipped within 2 – 4 weeks of receipt. Domestic orders are mailed First Class through the U.S. Postal Service. Any item that is back ordered will be marked as such in your shopping basket. If your order contains back ordered items you will be charge shipping and handling for the entire purchase, you will not be charged separately for a back ordered item that is shipped at a later date.

For all orders outside the Continental USA, please add an additional $5.00 to the Standard rate.
For Express Delivery please email or call us at the contact information below for details. Merchandise cannot be held at the Koch Theater box office.
Returns and Exchanges
New York City Opera will accept merchandise returns under the following conditions:
- Return must be made within 30 dates from the date of shipment
- Original packing slip is included
- Clothing items have not be washed/worn or used in any way
- CD and DVD returns will only be made if item is defective and will only be exchanged for the same title
- Please specify the reason for your return such as wrong item or size, defective or damaged merchandise, etc.

Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for refunds or exchanges to be processed. Shipping and Handling costs will not be refunded; New York City Opera is not responsible for mailing costs of returned merchandise.
